Young Leaders in Action: Inclusion of Women and Youth in Peacebuilding is an action within the ‘Peacebuilding in Divided Societies’ programme implemented by the United Nations Peacekeeping Force in Cyprus, in collaboration with the British Council and the British High Commission in Nicosia.

The programme aims to strengthen women and young people’s input to discussions on peace and security, with a focus on peacebuilding, social action, leadership, negotiation and mediation processes. It includes a workshop that aims to empower the next generation of young leaders and peacebuilders across Cyprus to take action on issues related to the inclusion of women and youth.

Workshop participants will be given the opportunity to apply for small grants for social actions that are to be implemented by the end of March 2022.
